The hourly rate for event babysitters is $23 per hour per babysitter.
Completing the booking form will not guarantee babysitters for your event.
After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation that your form was received.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a call from a member of our event team to gather more information about your event.
After all information is received, the event host will be sent a nonrefundable booking fee based on the type of event.
Event bookings are finalized only after payment of booking fees.
Half of your booking fee will be refunded only if members of your babysitter team cancel within 24 hrs of your booking, a safety ratio cannot be upheld, and back up babysitters cannot be found.
If you book an event within 2 weeks of the event date, an additional $100 late booking fee will be charged.
If you cancel your event at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no penalty.
If you cancel your event within 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
If you need event babysitters longer than the intended time, a $50 overage fee will be charged and the hourly rate increases to $25 per hour per babysitter.
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. If final payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the event, a $100 late booking fee will be charged.
The Nurturing Nook reserves the right to cancel its participation in an event if final payment is not received at least 3 business days prior to the event date.
The event host is responsible for all parking fees.
The event host is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable location for services.
The event host is responsible for ensuring caregivers agree to provide all necessary supplies needed to care for their children (i.e. diapers, food, water, etc.)
Personal information obtained from the booking process will be properly secured and will only be used for services rendered.
