Completing the booking form will not guarantee your booking date availability.
The base hourly rate for the special needs workshop is $100/hour with a 3 hour minimum.
If assistants are needed, an additional charge of $30 per hour per assistant will occur.
The number of assistants needed will be based on the number of attendees.
After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation that your form was received.
Within 48 hours, a member of our team will contact you to gather more details regarding your workshop needs.
After all information is received, the workshop host will be sent a nonrefundable $200 booking fee.
Bookings are finalized only after payment of the booking fee.
Your booking fee will be refunded only if our team cancels within 24 hrs of your workshop date.
If you book a workshop within 2 weeks of the workshop date, an additional $100 late booking fee will be charged.
If you cancel your workshop at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no penalty.
If you cancel your workshop within 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
If you would like to extend the workshop longer than originally intended, a $100 overage fee will be charged.
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. If final payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the workshop date, an additional $100 late booking fee will be charged.
The workshop host is responsible for all parking fees.
The workshop host is responsible for providing a suitable workshop space (i.e. seating, proper lighting, presentation equipment).
Personal information obtained from the booking process will be properly secured and will only be used for services rendered.
