Inquiry Form Instructions/Terms and Conditions

  • Completing the booking form will not guarantee your booking date availability.

  • The base hourly rate for the special needs workshop is $100/hour with a 3 hour minimum.

  • If assistants are needed, an additional charge of $30 per hour per assistant will occur.

  • The number of assistants needed will be based on the number of attendees.

  • After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation that your form was received.

  • Within 48 hours, a member of our team will contact you to gather more details regarding your workshop needs.

  • After all information is received, the workshop host will be sent a nonrefundable $200 booking fee.

  • Bookings are finalized only after payment of the booking fee.

  • Your booking fee will be refunded only if our team cancels within 24 hrs of your workshop date.

  • If you book a workshop within 2 weeks of the workshop date, an additional $100 late booking fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel your workshop at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no penalty.

  • If you cancel your workshop within 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If you would like to extend the workshop longer than originally intended, a $100 overage fee will be charged.

  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. If final payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the workshop date, an additional $100 late booking fee will be charged.

  • The workshop host is responsible for all parking fees.

  • The workshop host is responsible for providing a suitable workshop space (i.e. seating, proper lighting, presentation equipment).

  • Personal information obtained from the booking process will be properly secured and will only be used for services rendered.
