Babysitting booking fees are due when the sitter is confirmed. Once confirmed, booking fees are non-refundable.

FAQ's

How do I pay for my babysitter?

At the time of booking, you pay a $20 booking fee per service date + $23/hour for your babysitting services. The Nurturing Nook will pay your babysitters for you. There is no exchange of funds with your babysitter on the day of service!

If my babysitter doesn’t show up, will my booking fee be refunded?

Yes

Can I request a specific babysitter?

Of course! Specify the babysitter’s name on the booking form. 

Please be aware this does not guarantee the availability of your preferred babysitter. But rest assured, all of our babysitters are highly qualified to care for your child.

How far in advance do I have to book a babysitter?

At least one week is preferred and guarantees the best babysitter availability.

If you need a babysitter sooner, fill out a booking form anyway! We may be able to accommodate you. 

Bookings made within 24hrs will be subject to an additional fee of $40.

What areas do you service?

The Atlanta area and surrounding cities within 20 miles.

If you feel you are outside of this range, submit a booking form anyway! While distance severely limits babysitter availability, we may be able to accommodate you.

Do I need to fill out a booking form for each date I need a babysitter?

No. Specify each date in the "Preferred Date(s)" field. Please note, you'll be charged a $20 non-refundable booking fee for each service date.
